Precious Memories and More is different from most of the companies that offer Online Memorials. Each Memorial is created by our staff with your preferences in mind. This Memorial is for someone very special to you. We believe the Memorial should also be. There are literally 100’s of combinations for each Memorial that would make yours one of a kind. And we custom design each site. We do not use a database driven system where you enter all the information and then a computer designs it for you. We know you have better things to do with your time. We also offer a private web address (www.goodbyes.org/your_last_name) for your Online Memorial. You will not be listed in a directory or search listing where everyone can read your private thoughts. You decide who you want to share your Memorial with.

An online memorial is a cost-effective way to share your memories of someone special with friends and family around the world. You can visit an online memorial at any time of the day or night, from the privacy of your home or anywhere with internet access, and take time for quiet reflection and remembrance.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. You can also pay by check or money order. To eliminate this waiting time please send a cashiers check or money order.

All credit card information is transmitted via a secured server and credit card payments are made through a Wells Fargo Bank secured site.

No information we collect will be sold or disclosed to any other companies or individuals. Your personal information is only collected to process your Memorials. To view our privacy policy, click here.

There are several ways to send your photo.

u Upload the files directly to our server. There is a maximum file size of 100 kb for direct upload.

NOTE:
While we take great care in the handling of your photographs, we cannot be held responsible for the handling of your materials in transit to and from our facility. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you do not send original, irreplaceable photographs in the mail. You can take your photos to Kinkos or Wal-Mart (and many other places) to have them scanned and saved to a CD or disk and then either e-mail them, upload them, or send the CD to the above address.

Your “Precious Memorial” video will be mailed within 3-5 days unless it will be viewed at the Funeral Home or Church. If it is for a Funeral Home or Church visitation, please email us at rush_order@preciousmemorisandmore.com and let us know when the visitation will be. These orders will be rushed at no extra cost to you. Please remember that we will need your photos to be able to create the video and time to overnight your video by mail.

All Online Memorials will be available for viewing within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

All Memorial Gifts will be processed within 3-5 days unless they are to be displayed at the Funeral Home or Church. If they are to be displayed at the Funeral Home or Church visitation, please email rush_order@preciousmemorisandmore.com and let us know when the visitation will be. There is no charge for rush orders on videos or memorials which will be viewed during visitation, there is an additional fee of $15.00 to handle overnight delivery charges.

When you purchase your online memorial you receive a guest book where visitors can enter thoughts, stories, reflections, or comments. The URL (web address) to your memorial remains private, so only people who are "invited" will know the address. If for some reason you wish to delete or change a comment, simply contact Precious Memories & More, and we will remove it from the guestbook.

Once you order the video, you need only provide us with the photos and the personal information of the deceased (including date of birth and date of death, if known). Then simply send us the photos you would like included (via e-mail, U.S. mail, or by uploading them to our server). We take it from there and will create a perfect tribute for your loved one.

Once you place your order for an online memorial, you will be directed to a form for you to complete including the name and DOB/DOD of the deceased as well as your choices for background, verse, and song selection. Then simply provide us with a photograph of the deceased. If no photo is available, you can use one of our stock angel or flower images. A photo can then be added at a later date.

You need only make your selection and then provide us with your loved one's name, date of birth, and date of death. If you wish to include a personal photo on the memorial print, you can provide that via e-mail, U.S. mail, or upload it directly onto our server.
